
Here are the latest G-BA decisions from the G-BA meeting held on 3 Sep 2026 on the early benefit assessments of Inluriyo, Uplizna, Akeega, and Nucala.

- Inluriyo (imlunestrant); breast cancer, ER+, HER2-, with ESR1 mutation, progressing after prior endocrine therapy – Hint of not-quantifiable additional benefit in one out of 4 subgroups
- Uplizna (inebilizumab); new indication:
- immunoglobulin G4-related disease – Hint of not-quantifiable additional benefit
- myasthenia gravis, AChR antibody+, MuSK antibody+ – Additional benefit not proven in both subgroups
- Akeega (niraparib/abiraterone acetate); new indication: metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer, BRCA1/2 mutations, in combination with prednis(ol)one and androgen deprivation therapy – Additional benefit not proven in both subgroups
- Nucala (mepolizumab); new indication: COPD – Additional benefit not proven
- Casgevy (exagamglogen autotemcel (sickle cell disease) – RWE data collection not possible, restriction on prescribing lifted
