- Rezurock (belumosudil); chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGvHD), ≥ 12 years of age, ≥ 40 kg – Orphan drug; Hint of not-quantifiable additional benefit
- Xenpozyme (olipudase alfa); re-assessment of orphan drug exceeding €30 million annual sales: acid sphingomyelinase deficiency (ASMD) type A/B or type B – Hint of not-quantifiable additional benefit in two subgroups
- Kerendia (finerenone); new indication: chronic heart failure with LVEF > 40% – Additional benefit not proven
