
Here are the latest G-BA decisions from the G-BA meeting held on 18 June 2026 on the early benefit assessments of Retsevmo, Imaavy, Byfavo and Tremfya – all negative!.
This meeting also marked the 300th and last session of G-BA chair Josef Hecken. Going forward, Dr Sonja Optendrenk will fill this role.

- Retsevmo (selpercatinib); re-assessment after expiry of previous resolution: non-small cell lung cancer, RET fusion+, first-line – Additional benefit not proven in both subgroups
- Imaavy (nipocalimab); myasthenia gravis, AChR antibody+, MuSK antibody+, ≥ 12 years – Additional benefit not proven in all four subgroups
- Byfavo (remimazolam)

- induction and maintenance of general anesthesia – Additional benefit not proven
- Tremfya (guselkumab); new indication: moderate to severe plaque psoriasis; 6 to < 18 years – Additional benefit not proven
