
Here are the latest G-BA decisions from the G-BA meeting held on 21 May 2026 on the early benefit assessments of Keytruda, Scemblix and Tryngolza.

- Tryngolza (olezarsen); Chylomicronemia syndrome – Orphan drug, Indication of minor additional benefit
- Scemblix (asciminib); new indication: Chronic myeloid leukaemia, Ph+, chronic phase – Hint of considerable additional benefit in one of two subgroups
- Keytruda (pembrolizumab); new indication: Head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, PD-L1 expression, first-line, in combination with radiotherapy with or without concomitant cisplatin therapy – Hint of minor additional benefit in one of two subgroups
- Bylvey (odevixibate); Progressive familial intrahepatic cholestasis – Time restriction of resolution was extended from 1 June 2027 to 1 July 2029
