
Here are the latest G-BA decisions from the G-BA meeting held on 6 Aug 2026 on the early benefit assessments of Recarbrio, Teizeild, Winrevair, Aspaveli, Koselugo and Ziihera.

- Recarbrio (imipenem/cilastatin/relebactam); new indication: bacterial infections, multiple indications, < 18 years – Reserve antibiotic, Additional benefit deemed proven across all three subgroups
- Teizeild (teplizumab); type 1 diabetes mellitus, ≥ 8 years – Hint of not-quantifiable additional benefit
- Winrevair (sotatercept); new indication: pulmonary arterial hypertension, WHO functional class IV – Orphan drug, Hint of not-quantifiable additional benefit
- Aspaveli (pegcetacoplan); new indication:
- primary immune-complex-mediated membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis, ≥ 12 years – Orphan drug, Hint of not-quantifiable additional benefit
- complement 3 glomerulopathy, ≥ 12 years – Orphan drug, Hint of not-quantifiable additional benefit
- Koselugo (selumetinib); new indication: neurofibromatosis type 1 (≥ 1 to < 3 years) – Orphan drug, Hint of not-quantifiable additional benefit
- Ziihera (zanidatamab); biliary tract carcinoma, HER2+ (IHC3+), previously treated – Orphan drug, Hint of not-quantifiable additional benefit
